Registration for Corn Hole Tournament

Corn Hole tournament will be held on August 7th at 5pm in the grass north of the pavilion at the Castle Dale Fairgrounds (100 South 400 East)

All entrance fees will be contributed to the prizes for the winners of the tournament

Fill out the form below for your team. The registration fee is $20 per team. You can pay that day with Cash, Venmo, PayPal, or credit card. Credit cards will incur a $2.00 additional fee.
